L'OBJET Paris

We owe a lot to Elad Yifrach, the founder of L’objet; he was the person who introduced Nicholas and James to each other, initiating the journey that resulted to the creation of Rigos Mills.

He is an amazing connector of people and his passion for the art of the craft and materials he sources in his extensive travels is infectious - he also throws amazing dinner parties where you never know who you will be sitting next to. So, when he decided to redesign his large booth for the legendary Maison-Objet home show in Paris, we were happy to work with him to create something amazing. The booth was to house his entire collection which included tableware, decorative pieces and his newly launched candle and apothecary line. 

Working closely with Elad, we decided to keep the background neutral and the materials noble and modern - blackened steel, rough plasters offset by soft furnishings such as the velvet covered sofas placed in front of the fireplace.  

We designed each area and salon around the product to evoke the senses of the brand, alongside texture, fine detailing and noble materials - this concept became the flagship model for all of L’objet’s retail footprints including it’s newly expanded shop we designed in Harrods.
